Wait...Chardonnay from Langhorne creek? That's what we said! Be prepared to be surprised. This wine offers a new and fresh approach to Chardonnay. Skin contact creates a textured style, pale citrus orange in the glass.
How does it taste...
Peaches, apricot, nectarine. Textured mouth feel with fresh citrus acidity.

Looking to the family estates of Gravner and Radikon for inspiration, this wine sees a 14-day maceration and 14 days on skin, an approach traditionally reserved for red wine. Extended maceration is uncommon when making Chardonnay however we believe it offers a more complex mouthfeel, a pronounced nose and developed colour.
